Ivanrox Construction, LLC was formed in 2004 by Mark P. Ivancich in the Denver Metro area.  After working in the highly unregulated steel building industry in the late 1990’s Mark became disenchanted with that sector of the construction industry and the tactics that were employed.  Being a “people person” Mark wanted to stay in the building business and happened upon a website for post-frame construction after one of his clients informed him of the versatility and the value.

Mark took a position with a local provider of building packages in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager. He felt that though this was a lateral move in the industry it would enable him to establish a firm foundation from which to launch his own company when the time was right. Having a firm foundation to start from was something that Mark was familiar with. As his family’s construction business kept him employed during summers away from school and on weekends Mark quickly grasped the concept of working for a living and how important the values instilled from that experience were to him. While serving his country at Fort Knox, Kentucky Mark set the foundation for his post-military education by attending the University of Louisville in the evenings while performing his duties during the day. After being honorably discharged Mark applied the discipline he had learned towards the education process. Having already laid the groundwork during those evenings in Louisville, Mark continued his quest for knowledge at Skagit Valley College and later at Cal State Sacramento without difficulty. After College, Mark entered the sales and marketing industry, his problem solving and relationship building skills combined with his emphasis on integrity and honesty have allowed him much success and positioned him favorably in his chosen field.

Mark has taken these relationship building skills and implemented them into the light construction industry.  He has formed strategic alliances with manufacturers, suppliers and the local Colorado labor force to start ihelpubuildit.com, which complements Ivanrox Construction for the client that wants to participate and save money during the building process.  These alliances allow for the end users of the pole barn, post frame, and pre-engineered metal building products to get the most value for their money.
